District Info
End of Year and Explore Device Collection
As the school year wraps up, the Technology department has asked us to provide updates on end of year student device procedures and expectations.
This year, students in grades K-12 will be responsible for removing stickers and wiping down their own devices during the end-of-year collection process. Each site will receive a supply of disinfecting wipes with their end of year device collection tub(s). These wipes will need to be handed out to classrooms for student device cleaning on the last day of school.
Please see below for a breakdown of student device collection information by grade level:
Each library will receive at least one blue (chargers, cases, misc devices) and green (Chromebooks) tub for any additional student device returns.
For middle, K-8, and elementary sites, please ensure that students approved for an elective take-home device this school year have been reminded to return them and that site-specific details have been communicated.
